This event took place at Royal Golf Club. We were tasked with planning and execution of the event. The objective of the event was for visibility, marketing and provision of a networking platform for their clients and potential clients. We successfully undertook the task of preparation of the invitations, managing the RSVP, preparing the draw and the award categories, procuring and branding the prizes and players kits, managing the flow of the play as well an organizing the prize giving gala dinner.
We had a total of 200 attendees which was a great success.

This would give their customers, and wine lovers a good chance to explore our entire range wines, starting from entry level, premium to their award winning connoisseur collection. From wine tasting, to food & wine pairing, cheese & wine pairing, up to a professional wine education. We successfully completed the following tasks, overall planning of the event, social media marketing, selling of tickets, sponsor mobilization and overall event co-ordination.
We had over 400 attendees for the expo.
